About the Role
As a supervisor within Rusta och Matcha, you work closely with participants who are outside the labor market. Your mission is to actively support, guide, and coach participants towards employment or studies through structured efforts and individual action plans.
The role involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders.
Job Duties
- Individual coaching and guidance of participants
- Establishing, monitoring, and documenting individual plans
- Active matching to employment, internships, or education
- Contacts and collaboration with employers and partners
- Ongoing monitoring of results and goal achievement
- Documentation and reporting according to current requirements
- Support in CV writing, interview training, and job search strategies
- Contribute to the quality, structure, and development of operations
We Are Looking for You Who
- Has experience working in Rusta och Matcha, labor market initiatives, coaching, or similar
- Is accustomed to working goal-oriented and results-driven
- Has good administrative ability and works in a structured manner
- Is communicative, clear, and professional in interactions with participants and employers
- Can work independently but also contribute to the team's common goals
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has basic digital competence (documentation, systems, email)
Meritorious
- Previous work within the Swedish Public Employment Service's procured services
- Experience with employer contacts and recruitment
- Multilingualism
We Offer
A full-time position with a fixed salary and commission as agreed based on results.
Formal Requirements for the Position
To be considered for the position, you need to meet one of the following alternatives according to the Swedish Public Employment Service's regulations:
Alternative 1
- University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) within a relevant field
- At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time
Alternative 2
- At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with a passing grade
- At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time within one or more of the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Transition work
- Work supervision
- Labor market or personnel issues
- Study and career guidance
- Social or group psychology
- Career counseling
(Part-time work is converted to full-time according to current regulations.)
