About the Job

Sjöriket is now seeking summer substitutes for the summer of 2026. We are also looking for temporary substitutes who want to start working right away. There is an opportunity for work in both Ljungby and Lagan.

Sjöriket is a well-established home care and home service provider with modern, nice facilities in central Ljungby and Lagan. We perform services in the Ljungby urban area, Lagan and its surroundings, Angelstad/Annerstad, and Ryssby/Agunnaryd. Here, nearly a hundred employees have their workplace, and what we all share is that we enjoy our jobs and are proud "Sjörikare."

Your Tasks

We care for each individual who has a need for support, and based on the granted assistance, we tailor and plan together so that the services facilitate daily life. We want to be the obvious choice for both customers and employees. Our services should contribute to increased well-being and promote a good quality of life. Customers who want to supplement their assessed home care can purchase additional services from us.

Our Basic Requirements

· You who are applying to us want a varied job that demands accuracy, responsibility, and engagement.

· You have good social skills and are at least 18 years old. It is a big plus if you have a driver's license!

· You enjoy working with people and want to bring joy to everyday life.

· You are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.

Our Setup

We offer a well-thought-out introduction and assign a mentor you can turn to with questions and thoughts. Summer substitute positions run from mid-June to August, and we prefer that you work at least four weeks with us, ideally the whole summer. There is an opportunity to work only weekends. There is also an opportunity for temporary substitute positions starting right away.
