Summer Substitute/Hourly Substitute Support Assistant

Viktoriagården is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful environment in the small village of Aspa along road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda/Gnesta. In our small village with 5 houses and a daily activity center, 10 adults within LSS, person group one, live and work. Around the user, we work in small staff groups for the best possible continuity. We are a total of approximately 50 permanent employees and about 15 hourly employees.

We are now seeking several substitutes for our houses; you will have the opportunity to work during illness and leave for regular staff. There is a good possibility for extended substitute positions and/or future employment.

The work tasks consist of supporting the main person in their daily life and activities. As a person, you are attentive, curious, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills and can also take personal responsibility. The work is developmental with a lot of freedom under responsibility.

Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and experience with challenging behaviors is of great importance. Experience with alternative communication, sign support, or picture support is also meritorious.

You who apply need to master Swedish both orally and in writing, as documentation is part of the work tasks. A B driver's license is required to drive the company's vehicles in service.

Working hours/schedule: You mainly work full days (morning to late evening) or overnight shifts.
