We provide the absolute best service and have great respect for our customers and their needs and wishes.

We offer care and service to our customers through social assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to design a secure service, tailored according to needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way.

We are relatively small work groups on both Blidö and Rådmansö, which gives us good continuity with our customers.

We primarily use cars at our units, but bicycles may occur.

We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 1,400 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners.

We have special expertise in dementia – actively working with training in Star-Marked dementia.

Work Tasks – What will you do?

You work to give customers the help they are entitled to according to social assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of work tasks:

• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – assistance with preparation, serving, and sometimes feeding.
• Supervision & companionship – creating security and contributing to the customer's social context.
• Dressing & undressing – practical support with changing clothes.
• Support at home – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other daily chores.
• Security alarms – quickly responding to acute needs of customers who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje municipality and handle security alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.

Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Assistant nurse education (meritorious) – you are educated and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• B driver's license-a requirement at our units Blidö-Rådmansö– you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating in traffic.
• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and decisiveness.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is like another.
• Thorough & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally proficient – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.

Service: Hourly employment with RAM agreement.

Workplace: Allegio Blidö and Allegio Rådmansö.
