Production Manager

Introduction

Blåtand AB operates a food industry in Stöde with a berry, jam, and freezing business. It is convenient to commute to Stöde by train, bus, or car.

About the position:

As a production manager with us, you have the overall responsibility for production in our food industry. You ensure that processes, systems, and resources operate efficiently, safely, and according to set goals. The role is both operational and strategic and involves close collaboration with management, employees, and external parties.

Work Tasks

Be responsible for and develop production units.

Plan, lead, and participate in production.

Ensure compliance with routines, quality, work environment, and food safety.

Personnel responsibility for operational staff.

Troubleshoot, prevent operational disruptions, and drive improvement work.

Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal functions.

Qualifications

Good leadership ability.

Technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Structured, responsible, and analytical.

Good communication and social skills.

Enjoy physical work.

Relevant education or equivalent work experience.

Good digital skills.
