B2B Salesperson in IT & Telecom – 100% Remote

Partner (30%) or Employed Salesperson (15% commission)


Addvo is seeking a sharp B2B salesperson who wants to drive deals from first contact to signed customer agreement – and earn accordingly.

The Role

You are responsible for the entire sales process and build your own pipeline. You work closely with Addvo but manage your daily work independently.

Job Duties

  • Prospect and contact business customers (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Book and conduct digital customer meetings
  • Conduct needs analysis and present solutions in IT and telecom
  • Prepare quotes, drive negotiations, and lead the deal to a signed customer agreement (agreements signed by Addvo)
  • Work systematically with follow-up and CRM
  • Develop customer relationships and create upselling over time


We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in B2B sales
  • Have a background in IT, telecom, subscriptions, framework agreements, or volume deals (meritorious)
  • Are comfortable with phone and outbound sales
  • Are self-driven, structured, and take responsibility for results
  • Communicate clearly in Swedish and English
  • Enjoy working remotely and delivering without micromanagement


Compensation & Setup (determined in agreement)

This is a commission-based role without a fixed salary. The setup is determined in dialogue and regulated in an agreement.

Compensation is calculated on a defined net/contribution margin in the agreement, after deductions for Addvo's direct costs (e.g., licenses, operator, and operational costs).

Commission is not based on the customer's total business value or turnover.

Option A – Partner (via own company / B2B)

  • 30% compensation
  • Applies to deals you initiate and close yourself
  • Invoicing is done from your company to Addvo
  • Suits you who want maximum freedom and high upside


Option B – Employed salesperson

  • 15% commission
  • Applies to deals you initiate and close yourself
  • Opportunity for adjustment over time based on performance (regulated in agreement)
  • Clear frameworks and long-term setup


Your compensation may be low initially – or become very high. The outcome is governed by activity level, quality, and results.
