Borås Receptionist

We are now seeking service-oriented receptionists for the hotel. You will be the face of the hotel and play an important role in creating a safe, professional, and memorable stay for guests.

The work involves both day and night shifts, including guest service, check-in and check-out, and administrative tasks.

Job Duties

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Guest service on-site, via phone and email
• Booking management
• Handling payments and cashier work
• Ensuring order and safety at the reception
• Collaboration with other departments

We are looking for you who

• Are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
• Have good communication skills
• Enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• Are flexible with working hours (day/evening/weekend/night)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Are at least 20 years old (requirement due to alcohol service)

Advantageous:

• Experience in hotel reception
• Experience with booking systems (e.g., Hotsoft or MEWS)
