At Allegio Blidö, we have our own nurse and paramedic, which allows us to develop and individualize the care and support we provide to our clients

Meriting qualifications

• Experience in service professions
• Experience in nursing care
• Care and support education

Requirements

B driver's license and car to get to work

Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and if you have any connection to the area around Blidö & Yxlan

You have a good manner and are responsible

You also have the ability to plan and organize, you are positive, cheerful, and helpful.

Job Duties

Working in home care means you work independently with great responsibility.

At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our clients and their relatives.

Your job duties include planning and performing nursing care in clients' homes:

- Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).

- Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).

- Escorting (accompanying clients to activities outside the home).

- Relief (being with the client when relatives, for example, need to run errands)

You should be able to document in our documentation systems

We have various types of positions; currently, we are seeking

Temporary substitutes and permanent employees who can work day or evening shifts with weekend work every other weekend
