Personal Assistant for a Young Woman in Ljungskile, Uddevalla

We are looking for personal assistants for a user with a disability in Ljungskile, just outside Gothenburg. The positions are at varying levels. We are also seeking those who want to step in as substitutes occasionally. You will work in a team together with other assistants who together provide important support to create a good life for the user.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive in personality. If you live near Ljungskile, it is more convenient for you.

The start date for the position is March 1, but we want you to shadow some shifts together first.

We are primarily looking for those with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is most important. You are positive, attentive, and structured. The work as a personal assistant requires initiative and that you as an employee enjoy working independently and are prepared to perform tasks typical for the profession.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is important.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, first with the operations manager through a digital video meeting. Then you will meet the user and team leader for an interview.
