Time for a change? We have a just right-sized and super-friendly clinic looking for you, a Licensed Veterinarian with an interest in surgery!

Since our current surgeon is pregnant and will be going on maternity leave this summer, we are now seeking a reliable and stable veterinarian who can complement our wonderful team both in surgery and in the outpatient clinic.

About the clinic:

Just a stone's throw from Lake Vättern and Varamobadet, you'll find the privately-owned Motala Animal Clinic. We offer quality animal healthcare for dogs, cats, and small animals. We also perform horse vaccinations.

The clinic is equipped with X-ray, lab, an operating room with gas anesthesia, a dental department, a large outpatient clinic area, a shop with feed, and more.

The staff currently consists of 3 veterinarians, 3 veterinary nurses, 4 animal caretakers, and 1 clinic manager. We are a wonderful group with a high ceiling who can share both joy and sorrow with each other.

Our opening hours are weekdays 8-17 and 2 days a week 8-19. We do not have an on-call service and are closed in the evenings, nights, and weekends.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in small animal healthcare and are comfortable performing the most common surgical procedures where the patient can go home the same day. When you are not in surgery, you enjoy receiving our patients and customers in the outpatient clinic where you get to follow them from A to Z.

Since we are a close-knit team that truly enjoys working together, we value your personality more than how many years of experience you have – we can strengthen your skills together as long as you possess the drive and willingness! The most important thing for us is that you are happy, curious, and do not shy away from a challenge.
