Chef Wanted for Terrazen – Seasonal Restaurant on the West Coast

Are you a dedicated chef with a sense for flavors and an eye for quality? We are looking for you who wants to be part of developing Terrazen – a restaurant where we combine good food, coziness, and a vibrant concept.

About the Position

The position applies Wednesday - Sunday during low season Spring - summer 7 days a week open from 12.00 each day.

For the right person, there is the possibility of extension and increased responsibility.

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the Terrazen concept.

  • Ensure high quality, good hygiene, and efficient workflow in the kitchen.

  • Be responsible for planning, preparation, and execution of evening service.

  • Manage orders, raw materials, and deliveries.

  • Collaborate with the service staff to create an overall experience for the guests.

We are looking for you who

  • Has at least 4 years of experience as a chef, preferably from à la carte or seasonal restaurants.

  • Is self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.

  • Has a genuine interest in food and a sense for taste and presentation.

  • Enjoys working in a small team and can take own responsibility in the kitchen.

  • Can work evenings and weekends during low season and more days during the summer.
