Summer Substitutes and Hourly Employees for Aramia Care 2026

Aramia Care is a smaller LSS operation located just outside Skövde. We have two units, Skultorp LSS with 16 places and Sjogerstad LSS with 9 places. The target group at Aramia Care is adult men and women with mental and physical functional variations. We have a permit for LSS 9§9, housing with special services for person groups one and three. We also care for persons registered within forensic psychiatry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking care and nursing staff with a focus on psychiatry or other relevant education for the assignment. Education in care and nursing as well as experience working with persons with mental functional variations and LSS is meritorious. You are attentive and empathetic and put the client's needs in focus. You are also solution-focused and proactive in your work and accustomed to handling complex situations. It is important that you are confident in your profession and can work independently but also have good collaboration skills with other colleagues. It is also important that you handle the Swedish language well in speech and writing.

You can work at both our units and have a driver's license.

WORK TASKS

As care and nursing staff at Aramia Care, you participate in the client's care, treatment, and rehabilitation. Together with other employees, you work to create participation and a meaningful everyday life for the individual. The work tasks also include performing decided interventions for each individual client and documenting according to current legal requirements. You support and guide the client in daily life with e.g., personal care, cleaning, meals, medication, community contacts, activities and travels, occupation, and communication.

We work together in teams where we have several different professions. We work person-centered with a low-affective approach and show respect and safeguard the individual's integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant education and experience for the assignment as assistant nurse or similar.

B driver's license for manual transmission.
