Who is Familjen?

Familjen is a secure and engaged employer with over fifteen years of experience in personal assistance for children, youth, and adults with functional variations. We work in a person-centered manner, meaning that every individual – whether you are an assistant, relative, or receiving assistance – should feel seen, respected, and acknowledged in our operations.

We also collaborate with own employers within personal assistance and offer efficient solutions for payroll management that simplify the work and create more time for what is important.

We are active and have assistance groups throughout Sweden, from north to south, but our office is located in Täby, a suburb just outside Stockholm.

The company's founder and owner has worked as a personal assistant themselves. This gives us an extra understanding of the profession and daily life in assistance – and is an important strength in our work to create stable work groups and deliver person-centered assistance with high quality.

About the Position

We are now seeking personal assistants for a woman living in Södermalm in Stockholm.

"I lead an active and social life, enjoy being out among people and trying new things. I have a large social circle that is important to me, and therefore seek assistants who thrive in a lively daily life. I am more than happy to take walks and it is important to me that we have a personal chemistry that clicks!

I am looking for you who are a woman, have humor, are social, and enjoy laughing. You need to be attentive and able to adapt to my daily life and my needs.

I have a congenital CP disability, which means that you as an assistant function as my arms, legs, and voice. I have personal assistance around the clock, distributed over three work shifts."

Initially, you will work day shifts so that you can get to know each other more; the work shifts are 6 hours long from 09:00 to 15:15. We are currently seeking you who want to work extra on an hourly basis or in a permanent position up to about 50%, with the possibility to discuss the scope.

Due to the nature of the tasks and the need for regular and clear communication in daily life, it is a requirement that you can speak, understand, and read Swedish without hindrance.
