Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have experience working in the municipality or in private operations.

You should have the ability to see the whole picture and be able to collaborate with other professional groups in the team regarding the residents. You share your knowledge and supervise care staff based on your professional role.

As a person, you are attentive and humble with a solution-focused working method. You attend to the individual's needs and work with the customer in focus. You are flexible, independent, and have good ability to communicate with colleagues and other staff.

Job Duties

Usual job duties for a nurse within dementia, LSS, and psychiatry.

As a nurse, you will work in a team within the area for which you have patient responsibility. Together with nursing assistants, supervisors, method responsible, occupational therapist, Silvia sister, and manager, we create individualized care.

You have nursing responsibility for approximately 35 residents/users.

Your role includes supervising residential staff in nursing and healthcare work and being responsible for delegation of medication management. Care planning, documentation, and collaboration with other care providers are important job duties.

Your work week is daytime Monday to Friday, 40/40. No on-call or duty hours are included in the position.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
