Summer Substitutes/ Hourly Employees Wanted for Special Housing Within SOL

We are looking for you who have assistant nurse training and previous experience in special housing - dementia and short-term care for the elderly. We are looking for you who understand the importance of building supportive relationships with humor, self-distance, clarity, and warmth. You must be confident in handling provoked as well as threatening violent situations. The knowledge and experience you bring into the organization will together with your colleagues and team form the foundation of our operations. We place great importance on personal suitability. As a person, you are attentive and unpretentious with a solution-focused working approach. You attend to the individual's needs and work with the customer in focus. You are flexible, independent, and have a good ability to communicate with colleagues and other staff. The work should be conducted according to person-centered care, where the focus is on each person's resources. We work in teams and base our approach on each individual's conditions and abilities. With support from senior Alert, we work to prevent falls, malnutrition, pressure ulcers, and oral health issues. BPSD is also a quality register we use to reduce behavioral disturbances in people with dementia. In addition to good treatment and good care, clear structure and good knowledge of dementia are required.
