We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to design a secure service, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, in the best possible way

We are relatively small work groups on both Blidö and Rådmansö, which gives us good continuity with our customers.

We mainly use cars at our units, but bicycles may occur

We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 1400 employed nursing assistants, care assistants, and cleaners.

We have special expertise in dementia – actively working with training within Star-Marked Dementia

Job Duties – What will you do?

You work to give customers the help they are entitled to according to assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job duties:

• Personal hygiene – help with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – help with preparation, serving, and sometimes feeding
• Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support during clothing changes.
• Home support – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other daily chores.
• Safety alarms – quickly respond to acute needs of customers who have triggered alarms. We work on assignment from K-son in Norrtälje municipality; we handle safety alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.

Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following characteristics and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (meritorious) – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• Driver's license B-a requirement at our units Blidö-Rådmansö– you are a confident driver and used to navigating traffic.
• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and decisiveness.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you are good at communicating and collaborating with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is like the other.
• Thorough & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally experienced – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.

Service: Hourly employment with RAM agreement

Workplace: Allegio Blidö and Allegio Rådmansö

Interviews are conducted continuously, starting date according to agreement but as soon as possible.
