At The Fish House, guests come to both eat at our restaurant and take home ready-made meals or fresh ingredients.

We want to give guests a much larger experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for service, shows genuine care for guests and colleagues, has a strong interest in food & drink, and enjoys working meticulously and in an organized manner—even under stress.

With a couple of years of experience as a chef and/or cold kitchen chef in a restaurant kitchen, you are confident in your professional role, with a good grasp of the basics of classic Swedish cuisine.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience with seasonal work, or have otherwise worked on projects where the workload varies.

The job primarily consists of preparing and cooking the menu's wide range of dishes and products from the sea. In the store's delicatessen and fish counter, there is a large assortment of fresh fish, shellfish, ready-made dishes, delicacies, smoked products, and accompaniments that need to be produced daily.

The work also includes all daily routines, tasks, and responsibilities associated with a chef/cold kitchen chef position.

Training and supervision of kitchen assistants is an important part of the job, and something you preferably have previous experience with and enjoy.

At The Fish House, collaboration is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, supportive, and work closely with other departments.

We believe you are an open and *very* social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to, as we have an open kitchen with a food bar.

We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed.

The Fish House is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on seasonal needs. Your working hours vary depending on the season.
