At Fiskhuset, guests come to eat at our service or take home ready-made meals or fresh ingredients.

We want to give the guest a much greater experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for you who have a passion for service, show genuine care for guests and colleagues, have a great interest in food & drink, and enjoy working carefully and organized - even under stress.

With a couple of years of experience as a chef and/or cold buffet attendant in a restaurant kitchen, you are confident in your professional role, with a good grasp of the basics of classic Swedish cuisine.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience with seasonal work, or have otherwise worked on projects where the workload varies.

The job consists mainly of preparing and cooking the menu's wide range of dishes and products from the sea. In the store's delicatessen and fish counter, there is a large assortment of fresh fish, shellfish, ready-made dishes, delicacies, smoked products, and accompaniments that must be produced daily.

The work also includes all daily routines, tasks, and responsibilities associated with a chef/cold buffet attendant service.

Training and supervision of kitchen assistants is an important part of the job, and something you preferably have previous experience with and find enjoyable.

At Fiskhuset, collaboration is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, supportive, and work closely with other departments.

We believe you are an open and *very* social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to, as we have an open kitchen with a food bar.

We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed.

Fiskhuset is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on the season's needs. Your working hours vary depending on the season.
