Experienced Night Receptionists

We are seeking experienced night receptionists for hotel assignments

We are now looking for experienced night receptionists for upcoming assignments within hotel operations. You who apply have previously worked as a night receptionist and feel confident in the role and in working independently throughout the night hours.

In this role, you are responsible for the hotel's reception during the night and ensure high service for guests. The tasks may vary but include, among others, check-in and check-out, guest service, handling booking systems, nightly security rounds, simple administration, and preparations for the morning's work.

We see that you are service-oriented, meticulous, and stress-resistant, with good problem-solving skills. You are responsible, punctual, and have a professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.

We offer work at well-known hotels, with opportunities for both extra work and longer full-time assignments.
