Axeltorp Care Home Seeks Summer Substitutes

Axeltorp Care Home is a full-service residence for individuals with dementia, located about twenty kilometers south of Kristianstad. Axeltorp has 32 apartments spread across four units, all on the ground floor with private outdoor areas. All meals are prepared in our own kitchen.

As we need to fill gaps for employees on vacation, we are seeking substitutes who are willing to give their all to our residents.

We are looking for individuals with an approved nursing program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, or experience in nursing work.

At Axeltorp, you will be part of a team that collectively takes responsibility for providing individualized care and service to our residents. Job duties include assisting/supporting residents with care, activities, exercise, documenting in records, and managing medications. We also aim to highlight the abilities our residents still have to make their day meaningful. The work requires communication and documentation, and we assume you are computer-literate and proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.

Work hours are scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and every other weekend.

Start Date: Summer substitute positions during the months of June, July, and August.
