We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience in public authority work within any area of Social Services. We are looking for you who have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, Elderly, Adult, Substance Abuse, or Financial Assistance. Then perhaps you would like to try the profession as a Social Work Consultant?

In the role of consultant, you will step in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and get to make a real difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have social work assignments all over Sweden.

We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while searching for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves a greater chance of employment, both short-term and long-term.

Your experience:

• Degree in social work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in public authority work
• Degree in social work or equivalent
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to speak and write in fluent Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we start a profile for you in our operational system. We begin with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consulting profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to start a profile in our system, for example, CV and degree certificates.

We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that suit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all parts before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure at every step of the process.

When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your nearest contact person with us, who guides and supports you through the assignment from start to finish.
