Overview

I am engaging an experienced Executive Search Consultant / Headhunter to represent a senior product-focused profile for placement into a next-stage role within product, innovation, or strategy-led organizations.

This is a candidate-represented search mandate, not a traditional recruiting assignment. The consultant will act as an independent advisor and representative, managing outreach, positioning, and early-stage discussions with hiring decision-makers.


Mandate Scope

• Identify and engage senior-level opportunities aligned with product leadership, innovation, or strategy roles

• Conduct discreet, targeted outreach to founders, executives, and senior hiring leaders

• Position a profile combining founder experience, product ownership, and industrial design depth

• Advise on role framing, market positioning, and compensation expectations

• Manage introductions and early-stage dialogue with prospective organizations

Target environments include:

• Hardware-driven or physical product companies

• Mobility and transportation

• Consumer goods and premium product brands

• Design-led, innovation-centric, or founder-led organizations


Candidate Snapshot (to be represented)

• Product-focused professional with founder experience

• Background in industrial design, product development, and innovation consulting

• End-to-end ownership across research, strategy, development, suppliers, and market launch

• Experience working across design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing

• Based in Sweden; open to European or international roles

• Seeking senior individual-contributor roles in product, innovation, or strategy
