Integration/Business Analyst - Malmö

We are looking for an experienced Integration Analyst who can also take on coordination or light project-leading responsibilities. You will help build and enhance a modern integration platform and contribute to a strong digital retail foundation. About the role

As an Integration/Business Analyst, you will work closely with product teams, developers and stakeholders to secure efficient, high-quality integrations and processes. You will gather requirements, analyse needs, map workflows and drive improvements from idea to implementation. The role includes broad collaboration, clear ownership and the chance to influence both ways of working and technical direction

Responsibilities

Requirements gathering and analysis

• Conduct deep-dive interviews and workshops with product teams and stakeholders
• Document detailed requirements and create clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Translate business objectives into actionable development specifications

Process mapping and optimisation

• Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Propose and document optimised workflows
• Contribute to end-to-end process documentation supporting standardised practices

Stakeholder management and communication

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
• Lead workshops, demos and requirement sessions
• Ensure transparency, alignment and continuous communication

Data- and insight-driven work

• Use data, insights and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support KPI definition and measurement frameworks
• Ensure solutions are guided by meaningful insights

Agile collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Support the team by clarifying requirements and priorities
• Maintain traceability and documentation of requirement changes

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as an Integration Analyst or Business Analyst
• Understands integration solutions, APIs and modern integration principles
• Is skilled in process mapping and improvement in complex environments
• Has experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Is analytical, structured and quality-focused
• Feels comfortable navigating uncertainty and making informed decisions
